Favourite manicures of 2012

When I was still in school, I used to crave the weekends because that were the only times I could paint my nails. Unfortunately, each nail design would only last a maximum of two days. Also, I didn't have all the pens, utensils and nail polishes that I do now. Overall, I was a happy, nail art obsessed little girl throughout the year. Here are some of my favourite manicures of last year.

1. Lightning nails

The lightning lines were drawn by free-hand, with the actual nail polish brush. This was the first time I was actually satisfied with my nail art to be honest.

2. Music french tips

The keyboard was actually drawn with a marker pen because I ran out of black nail polish. ^^

3. B.A.P nails

Nails I did especially for B.A.P's showcase in Malaysia. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the design. The only thing I liked about these nails was the bunny design on my thumb and actually turned out well. I could only draw it on my left thumb though.

4. Feathers and polka dots

Nails for Semester 1 at Nottingham. By far, my favourite design to date.

5. Halloween nails

Honestly wished I had done the skull design for all the fingers because it would have matched my Halloween costume.

6. Polka dots and bows

I always never expect my nail designs to turn out nice but they always do. Hmmm.

7. Pre-Christmas candy cane nails

It took a really long time to cut the tape pieces and taping them on my nails. It was worth it in the end.

8. Christmas nails

The theme my family and I went with was blue, hence the blue nails. The silver snowflake can't really be seen in the picture. I also love how the blue glitter compliments the black.

More nails to come...soon.
